In this area you will not be disturbed by the nightlife, and at night you will hear crickets and see plenty of stars in the sky. El Nido is surrounded by greenery so animal noises and insects are normal. 

The closest beach is Lio Beach which is 5 minute drive away. Being in a residential area, also means that you will experience and hear the locals live. Filipinos love karaoke on Sundays, and often own dogs and roosters. Locals are very respectful to keep their singing during acceptable times so they should not disturb your night sleep.
