Other things to keep in mind when you will visit El Nido, Palawan. 

Electricity: the island of Palawan experiences frequent power outages, some last minutes, some several hours. Unlike many hotels and other Airbnbs in El Nido, Namal has their own generator, so your room will always remain fresh, and your showers warm.

Internet: Many places across the island do not have phone signals, but at Namal we got you covered with highspeed starlink internet.

The building is situated in a residential area of untouched nature land, 5 minutes drive from Lio airport and 15 minutes from downtown. In this area you will not be disturbed by the nightlife, and at night you will hear crickets and see plenty of stars in the sky. El Nido is surrounded by greenery so animal noises and insects are normal.

Being in a residential area, also means that you will experience and hear the locals live. Filipinos love karaoke on Sundays, and often own dogs and roosters. Locals are very respectful to keep their singing during acceptable times so they should not disturb your night sleep.
